All our quotes are non-binding. We take on projects of every size and bill either on a fixed price basis or by time and materials — whichever feels most comfortable for you.
From first meeting to handover
We believe in close, ongoing dialogue. You are involved all the way and always know what the next step is.
Initial conversation
We meet — preferably at the site — and listen to your wishes, needs and constraints. We give an honest take on possibilities and challenges.
Quote & design
You receive a written quote based on a fixed price or time and materials. For larger projects we involve our in-house architect and partners.
Planning
We agree on schedule, deliveries and milestone payments. You have one dedicated contact person all the way through.
Execution
We build with care, keep the site clean and covered, and update you continuously. Any unexpected conditions are discussed openly before we proceed.
Handover & warranty
Walk-through with you, snag list if needed, and full documentation. We are members of BYG Garanti.
Our hourly rates
For smaller jobs we bill a minimum of half or full days. Quotes can also be given as a fixed price — depending on the project size.
