The information we process
When you contact us through our forms, we process the information you provide: name, email, phone number, address and postcode, project description, budget, preferred start date, how you heard about us, and any images or files you attach.
To protect against spam and misuse, we record an anonymised (hashed) value of your IP address for up to one hour.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the information to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and to protect the website against misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest).
Statistics cookies are only used if you have given your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and the Danish Cookie Order).
Recipients and data processors
Enquiries and attachments are stored securely with our hosting provider (Emergent) and delivered to our inbox through the provider’s email service. Attachments are never publicly accessible and can only be downloaded via a personal link that expires after 30 days. Our email is hosted by Microsoft 365. Any transfer to countries outside the EU/EEA is based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting project, and are deleted afterwards. [Retention period to be confirmed by Tømrermester Bjørnlund.]
Cookies
Necessary: "tmb_cookie_consent" (local storage) remembers your cookie choice. It is kept until you change it.
Statistics (only with consent): Google Analytics 4 sets the cookies "_ga" and "_ga_2MZJQDLESH" (up to 2 years) to measure visits. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses, and Google signals and advertising features are switched off.
